Robert is a licensed realtor and builder with a degree in Construction Engineering from Cal Poly Pomona. With over 15 years of experience in residential and light commercial construction, he helps clients move through permitting, planning, and project delivery with clarity. His dual perspective ensures your home is both a sound investment and a place you’ll love to live.

BADER JAFFAN
COO/Founder
Bader is a structural engineer who brings commercial-level systems to residential construction. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on structural design, and previously managed large-scale projects before co-founding Enhaus. Known for his calm problem-solving and sharp eye for detail, Bader ensures your home is not only beautiful, but built to last.
Adriana Stark
Senior Designer
Adriana leads with a layered, intuitive approach to space. She holds advanced degrees in Interior Architecture, Theatre, and Film Studies, and brings years of experience as a Feng Shui consultant to every design. Whether it’s a single-room reimagining or a whole-home concept, she merges storytelling and structure to create spaces that feel meaningful and well-made.
James Bahman
Project Coordinator
James connects design to construction with precision and care. With a background in structural engineering and hands-on experience across residential and multifamily projects, he ensures every plan is executable and every build is technically sound.
Zara Mansoor
Junior Designer
Zara brings scientific rigor and creative clarity to the design process. With a B.S. in Biology and a degree from a CIDA-accredited interior design program, she balances sustainability, aesthetics, and systems thinking. She supports project development and client collaboration with a sharp eye for both detail and meaning.
