Our Work

Experience You Can Trust

Since merging as a team in 2023, we have completed over 15 new builds and remodels in Los Angeles. Today, we are actively rebuilding over 12 homes so far in Altadena bringing our mission of redefining how residential home building is done to those who need it most.

Our Foundation

Redefining How Residential Homes Are Built In Los Angeles

Robert Chuang entered construction engineering at his father's suggestion, eventually managing large-scale builds as an owner's representative. This role exposed him to the pervasive issues of a broken construction process lack of accountability, ownership, and communication. Robert went on to personally manage $44 million in diverse projects, including hillside developments and new construction, where he experienced the direct impact of contractor delays and understood the frustrations homeowners face.

Bader Jaffan’s background in structural civil engineering led him to manage complex commercial projects across Southern California, including hospitals and life science facilities. Despite the scale of these institutional builds, he felt a calling to bring that same technical rigor and care to a more personal level, helping individuals rebuild their homes rather than institutions.Robert and Bader connected through their shared vision for a better construction experience.

Meeting at an active project site, they realized their backgrounds one focused on owner-side management and the other on commercial-grade engineering aligned perfectly. Enhaus was founded to be the accountable, professional design-build team they both knew the industry lacked.

"We started Enhaus to redefine what residential construction can be—not through gimmicks, but through the systems, communication, and people that make a project run the way it should."

Values

Operational Excellence

We move as a unified team, replacing improvisation with intentional systems. Every project features a field manager on-site, a coordinating project manager, and a 24-hour client portal to identify and resolve issues before they become delays.

Exceptional Client Experience

The contractor experience has a bad reputation for good reason. We are rejecting the idea that contractors inherently don't communicate and aren't transparent. We lead with trust and that leads to a warm, clear, and inspiring client experience.

Top Talent

We hire mission-driven experts with advanced degrees and collective experience in billion-dollar construction operations. Our culture is built on developing and retaining the best talent in Southern California to serve our clients.

The Team

About Altadena's & Pasadena's Premier Home Builders

Robert Chuang
CEO & Co-Founder
Robert came to the United States at 13. His father steered him toward construction engineering, a direction that turned out to be exactly right. He became an owner's rep at 20, managing a 5,300-square-foot build from the client side and learning firsthand what a general contractor who lacks accountability looks like. He went on to complete $44 million in projects, land development, hillside construction, new builds, and renovations, managing every one of them personally, with his own money on the line.

That experience is what Enhaus is built on. Robert holds a degree in construction engineering from Cal Poly Pomona and brings fluency in city planning, permitting, building codes, and project feasibility that most design-build firms simply don't have at the founder level.
What Robert brings to your project
Robert is one of the principal contractors at Enhaus. Having managed several homes across Altadena, Pasadena, and the San Gabriel Valley, and as a homeowner in Sierra Madre himself, he understands firsthand the weight of every construction budget and every client experience. For Robert, it's personal. His approach is simple: the moment someone asks him about building their home, he treats them as if they were already his client.

Bader Jaffan
COO & Co-Founder
Before Enhaus, Bader managed more than $500 million of complex commercial work,  hospitals, medical offices, dormitories, parking structures, and life-science facilities where a single mistake can stop an entire building. He learned to run jobs where schedules, budgets, and safety leave no room for guesswork, and where the client is always watching.

At Enhaus he turns that discipline toward homes. Bader is the partner who builds the systems behind every project — the checklists, the reporting, the weekly rhythm, so a family rebuilding after a fire always knows exactly where their money is going and what happens next
What Bader brings to your project
Bader brings the precision of commercial design together with the warmth and communication that residential builds demand. He thinks in systems, materials, and sequences so that when your home comes together, it comes together in a way you actually love. As a principal contractor at Enhaus, Bader is the person you want in your corner from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.

Adriana Stark
Senior Designer
Adriana designs spaces that feel right, not just look right. Her formal training in interior architecture is paired with a background in Feng Shui, so she thinks about how light, flow, and proportion shape the way a home actually feels to live in.

Because she has worked on both the design and the construction side, her drawings are built to be built the beautiful detail she sketches is one the crew can actually execute. She bridges the gap between the idea you fell in love with and the house you move into.
What Adriana brings to your project
Adriana guides clients through space planning and materials selection, in person and online. Choosing a style or designing a home can feel overwhelming, and it can be hard to know what actually fits the way you live. Adriana cuts through that. She helps you land on a space that is beautiful, livable, and genuinely yours.

James Bahman
Field Manager
James is the person who keeps a build from drifting. He tracks every submittal, inspection, and material delivery, and he chases the small details most people never see, the ones that quietly cost weeks if they slip. His background in construction engineering means he understands the work on paper and in the field.

He has already coordinated a senior-care facility and a multifamily project from the ground up, so he is comfortable with complicated sites and tight logistics. On your project, that translates into fewer surprises and a crew that always knows what's coming next.
What James brings to your project
James leads the crew physically building your home. Construction comes with inherent risk, and James works to reduce it while elevating the quality of work our field team delivers every day. He ensures everyone on site has a sense of ownership and a commitment to building well.

Sahil Kukreja
Project Manager
Sahil has managed projects across the U.S., Germany, and India, on teams that spanned languages, time zones, and trades. That international experience taught him how to align a lot of moving parts toward a single deadline without letting the budget slip.

He runs Enhaus projects with the same rigor, using planning tools like Primavera P6, MS Project, and SAP to hold schedules and costs to the number everyone agreed on at the start. He is happiest when a plan he built on paper comes together exactly on the ground.
What Sahil brings to your project
Sahil protects your timeline and your budget. He spots the bottleneck weeks ahead and re-sequences the work so your move-in date holds.

Zara Mansoor
Designer
Zara came to design from biology, and it shows in how she works — analytic, detail-driven, and curious about how materials hold up over time. She blends that scientific eye with a genuine love of warm, sustainable interiors.

As a former ASID board member through UCLA Extension, she has spent time connecting students with the industry, and she brings that same mentor's patience to clients — happy to walk you through every option until a room feels like yours.
What Zara brings to your project
Zara focuses on the details that hold a project together: permitting, planning, and materials selection done with sustainability and livability in mind. She moves your project through the steps that matter most and keeps the process clear from start to finish.

May Saab
Marketing Director
May has spent more than a decade helping businesses and schools find their voice and connect with the people they serve. Trained at Parsons and UCLA, she pairs a designer's eye with a marketer's instinct for what actually matters to a customer.

At Enhaus she makes sure the way we talk about our work matches the way we do it — honest, clear, and community-first. She is the reason a family in Altadena can find us, understand us, and trust us before they ever pick up the phone.
What May brings to your project
May believes the best marketing is simply sharing what the Enhaus team already knows and does well. Her focus is on the homeowners of Pasadena, Altadena, and the San Gabriel Valley, and on building a community where every client feels like they belong to something bigger than a transaction.

Daniel Miranda
Assistant Project Manager
Daniel is a business administration professional with a background spanning project coordination, operations, construction, consulting, retail, and large-scale events. He brings a practical, relationship-driven approach to his work and a track record of keeping complex projects organized and moving. Before joining Enhaus, he coordinated multiple high-end fashion shows, including one alongside Netflix at the Huntington Library for the cast and creators of Bridgerton.

At Enhaus, Daniel is building the systems that help Altadena rebuilds move smoothly from design through construction. He works across vendor communication, documentation, purchasing coordination, and project logistics to keep the team efficient and responsive during a critical time for the community.

His favorite moment at Enhaus so far was witnessing a stud signing during construction. Watching a family leave their mark on their home before it enters its final stages, he says, is an honor to be part of.
What Daniel brings to your project
