ROBERT CHUANG
PROJECT MANAGER
Born and raised in Taiwan, Robert's family made a life-changing move to Arcadia, California when he was 13 years old. It was during his college years that Robert's deep interest in real estate and construction began to take root. Shortly thereafter, he embarked on his own real estate fixer-upper business, purchasing his first foreclosure property in 2011 with the intention of renovating and selling it. This experience solidified his conviction that real estate was the industry he was destined for, leading him to obtain his real estate license in 2012.

Driven by a passion for design and construction, Robert pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in construction engineering from California State Polytechnic University Pomona in 2014. Armed with his newly acquired knowledge and skills, he founded CHR Development that same year, acquiring several vacant parcels of land with the aim of obtaining entitlements for development.
With expertise in permit entitlement and a construction license, Robert formed a successful partnership with his collaborator, Bader Jaffan, as they embarked on a dynamic design and build journey - Enhaus Design and Build. Together, they have actively engaged in a range of projects, including ADU design and build, home renovation, hillside development and entitlement, as well as multi-family rental renovations.

BADER JAFFAN
PROJECT MANAGER
Meet Bader Jaffan, an individual whos journey from Damascus, Syria to the vibrant landscape of Orange County has shaped his remarkable life story. Given his unorthodox path, Bader's experiences have sculpted him into the ambitious and innovative person he is today. With a tenacious spirit, he ventured into the world of construction, a realm where he feels truly at home. His determination to learn and grow led him to pursue a degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in Structural Design, allowing him to blend his innate curiosity with technical expertise.

Since 2017, Bader has been actively involved in groundbreaking commercial projects. From multimillion-dollar ventures to ambitious projects valued at over $200 million, Bader has exhibited his prowess in the art of transforming blueprints into towering marvels. Yet, his vision extends beyond the boundaries of commercial spaces. With an insatiable drive, Bader aspires to revolutionize the residential industry, injecting it with the same cutting-edge processes and procedures utilized in commercial construction. His aim is to enhance the lives of homeowners by fostering relationships built on trust, integrity, and superior craftsmanship.

JAMES BAHMAN
PROJECT COORDINATOR
James Bahman is a dedicated professional with a strong background in construction engineering, communication, coordination, leadership, and project management. He is a graduate of West Covina High School and earned his Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering from Cal Poly Pomona.

One of James's standout qualities is his exceptional communication skills. He understands the importance of clear and effective communication in the world of design/construction. This skill has allowed him to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, clients, and inspectors. His ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner has been instrumental in the successful execution of numerous projects.

In addition to his communication abilities, James possesses a natural talent for coordination and organization. He thrives in the dynamic environment of construction projects, where precise coordination and meticulous planning are essential for success. His proficiency in project coordination and logistics has consistently contributed to the efficient and timely completion of construction projects.
